We stayed here as it was close to Temple street hospital . Our daughter was admitted for an opp and we were not sure how long our stay would be . This was our third stay and each time days and dates were changed but Tony was always a professional about his approach to our requirements. Having stayed less than expected he allowed us a meal and breakfast as way of refund. We would have no hesitation in staying here when ever we visit Dublin. Tony you rock !!!!!
We the only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer .

The rooms were very clean, the staff fantastic and the location was great.
The only thing I found was that the radiator in the room was hard to lower, the room heated up quite a bit at night and we had trouble lowering it.

The hotel was very convienient for shopping which is why we stayed there. Short walk to O Connell Street. The 4 single beds in the room is what suited us at this hotel. Most hotels have 2 single and 1 double in a quadrouple room.
I thought the hotel was a bit dreary, And the sheets did not fit the beds. The beds did not not look to be made up properly. Very untidy. Also there was a pair of boxer shorts in the safe and possibly still in it.
